EVDO/1XRTT phone

Steps

Dial *72# from your mobile phone.
Enter the number that you'd like to forward your calls to. Dial 11 digits (1 + area code + number).
Press SEND or the phone icon.
Once the feature has been activated, you'll hear a tone.

HSPA phone

Steps

Go to the Call Settings menu from the main menu of your phone. Select Call Forwarding.
Select the type of call youd like to forward. For example, you can forward all voice calls or only calls that you don't answer.
Follow the prompts to activate including entering the forwarding destination number. Remember that if this is a long distance call, you'll be billed the long distance fees.
Once Call Forwarding is activated, you'll receive a free text message on your phone to confirm that the activation is complete

Helpful hints

You can still make outgoing calls when Call Forwarding is turned on.
Save airtime on most plans by forwarding your calls to where you are.
If you forward your calls to a long distance number, you will be billed the applicable long distance charges. Note: long distance is based on your mobile phone number and not on the location of the phone.
If you forward your calls to another mobile phone, airtime charges will be billed to that phone's account.
