Common receiver error messages
The following information will help you troubleshoot some of the common service and receiver errors displayed on your TV.
You'll find the error code in the top-right corner of the error message on your TV
- Error 002: Satellite signal has been lost, signal acquisition is in progress.
- Error 005: Your smart card does not currently have authorization to view or purchase this program.
- Error 006: The purchase of this event cannot be completed.
- Error 013 and 014: This is a subscription program which has not been purchased.
- Error 015: Acquiring satellite signal.
- Error 018: The credit limit on your smart card has been exceeded.
- Error 019: Smart card not inserted correctly.
- Error 129: Your receiver has not yet been authorized.
- Error 311: A serious problem has been detected with your hard drive.
