Billing info

My first bill
All services are billed one month in advance, with the exception of your first bill, which covers the first 2 months of service starting from your date of activation. For example, if you activated your service on July 22nd, your first bill will include charges from July 22nd to September 21st, a period of 60 days. All future bills will cover a 30-day billing period and are issued on the same day every month. Learn more about your first bill.

Prorated charges
Prorated charges include any charges that you've incurred during your current billing period. If you use a monthly service for only part of your billing period, for one week or a few days for example, that portion will be charged to your bill, plus one month advance billing. This includes any programming upgrades or downgrades during the month.

Programming package changes
Our downgrade policy states that all customers must maintain their current programming package for a minimum of 30 days. After 30 days, you may downgrade your programming selection. This request can be made beforehand, but keep in mind that all downgrades will take effect on your next bill date. Note: Downgrading your programming may affect promotional discounts associated with your account.

Promotional credits
Promotional credits may take to 4-6 weeks to appear on your bill. If applicable credits are not showing on your first bill, you can expect to see them on your next bill.

Credit adjustments
Credit adjustments may take to 4-6 weeks to appear on your bill. If your credit request was submitted 5 days prior to your bill date, the credit will appear on your bill the following month.

Payment options
We offer a variety payment options. You can choose from:

Temporary programming suspension (TPS)
You can suspend your programming for a minimum of 6 weeks to a maximum of 7 months. You have 3 self-serve options:

A monthly fee of $10 will apply if you use any of the self-serve options. You can also suspend your service by speaking directly with one our of customer service representatives, but a monthly fee of $15 will apply. Note: The Temporary programming suspension only applies to programming fees. Rental and other applicable fees may still apply.
